You can return the products within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
2- Product Condition:
The products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories.
3- Exceptions:
It is not allowed to return or exchange perishable or opened products, such as oils and tea, for health reasons.

Replacement Procedures
If you want to exchange a product for another, please follow the same return steps, then submit a new request for the replacement product.
